First image of Batgirl. The DLC is a prequel, set before Arkham Asylum. It sounds interesting, and I wouldn't mind playing it, but I'm not buying the season pass at its ridiculous price. I will wait till its cheaper.

I'll be doing the same! It will appear in a sale at some point for a more reasonable price. That's when I'll grab it

Same here, there's no way I'm paying £33 for a season pass. I'll also wait until it's in a sale or something.

Meanwhile in the main game I've just played a horrible section where you have to avoid an excavator machine in a series of narrow tunnels. The first time in the game where using the Batmobile has really pissed me off.

As mush as I enjoy messing around in the Batmobile that whole segment of the game started to annoy me. One Batmobile bit after another!

Can anyone explain the side missions for me? I currently have three active side missions on my mission select screen. I am making good progress through the main story but when I select a side mission it just doesn't give me an objective or waypoint.

I think for some you only get the intel, and therefore a waypoint, at a certain point in the story. I've completed the main story now and all the remaining Most Wanted missions are open to me now to do at will. The only one that doesn't give me a waypoint or objective is rescuing the firemen, I think you just have to explore and find them yourself, or use a guide.

Yeah the firemen are meant to be found through exploration.  They quite often come up through the audio snippets as you are gliding around, you can hear them mentioning firemen.  It is the same with the murder victims too, just need to listen out for the music.

I have managed to complete the main story now and just need to wrap up some of the side missions.  Having initially wanted to, I wont be getting the riddler trophies just yet.  Got too many other games to be olaying now!

I've still got quite a few side missions on the go after finishing the main story. Rescue the firemen, Riddler Trophies, Militia checkpoints. Militia watchtowers, defuse the explosive devices, Azrael's missions and Militia APC's. They're all at least 50% done though apart from the Riddler trophies and challenges, I've barely scraped the surface with those, there are loads!

If you have intel it will say INTEL under the icon. Otherwise you need to look for them manually (firefighters, for example) until you get some - usually through radio chatter or Alfred.

Edit: sorry missed the replies above.

Yes, I have now stumbled across another firefighter and also picked up another mission as I was swooping over Gotham.

Others further into the game might have a better idea than me but I think you have to happen across things on the map, or receive intel (which would then have the relevant side mission icon flashing 'Intel' on the wheel) about something.

Just been playing the movie studio level, and thought it was brilliant. The best part of the game - lots of different game styles, unique locations and imaginative. It delves deep into the pysche of Batman, with some brilliant pyschological scenes, coupled with excellent combat sections. An all round top level, and harks back to the awesome Scarecrow sections from the original Arkham game that I loved so much.

Totally agree! It reminded me so much of Arkham Asylum.

I'm busy for the rest of the week and weekend and I really need to sit down and finish this. I need to see how the story ends!

I've done everything now apart from a number of Riddler trophies and riddles and I'm at 95% completion. I'm using a guide to find them though, there are loads of them so screw just searching the areas for each one, it would take forever! Even so I might lose interest before I find every single one.

I'm not sure I can even be bothered to start looking for those! Think I will just limit myself to main quest and the bigger side quests. I'm interested in the DLC but they are cagey about what is included in the season pass and also charging a lot for it which puts me off.

Finally completed all 243 Riddler Trophies, challenges and whatnot for the final Most Wanted mission and got the Knightfall Trophy for the true ending. It was a real chore to be honest, even using a guide, and I only had the patience to do it because I haven't got a lot going on at the moment games wise.

Overall I enjoyed the game, although the Batmobile is definitely overused. After all this time though Arkham Asylum is still my favourite in the series.

Upcoming DLC revealed. I wouldn't mind the story content, but the game's season pass is sounding like an over priced waste of time. There's not been any decent expansion, just lots of little crap like this.

As today brings with it a selection of new DLC to Batman: Arkham Knight, Rocksteady and Warner Bros. have offered a rundown of what lies ahead as far as future add-ons are concerned, with GCPD Lockdown set for next week, and a new Catwoman chapter, fittingly titled 'Catwoman's Revenge' coming in October.
Now, you can download the 2008 Tumbler Batmobile Pack for $1.99/£1.69 or get it as part of the Season Pass, alongside the Original Arkham Batman skin, available for free.
Then, next week (29th September) will see the release of the Crime Fighter Challenge Pack #2 with new AR challenge maps for Batman, Nightwing, Robin, Catwoman and the Batmobile, as well as GCPD Lockdown, which picks up with Nightwing tackling the Penguin in a story-based expansion set after the events of Arkham Knight.
That's not all. In October you'll be able to nab the Batman Classic TV Series Batmobile Pack inspired by the 60s show starring Adam West and Burt Ward. The pack comes with the 1960s TV Series Batmobile, Classic TV Series Catwoman Skin, Classic TV Series Robin Skin and two racetracks inspired by the Batman Classic TV Series.
Also due in October is Catwoman's Revenge, another story-driven episode set after Arkham Knight, in which Catwoman seeks to exact her revenge upon the Riddler. The clue's in the name, really. And finally, also slated for October is the Crime Fighter Challenge Pack #3 featuring various combat and predator maps in which Batman, Nightwing, Robin, and Azrael take on thugs.

So I haven't even played this game since July...but I've decided to get back into it.

And it's a really hard game to get back into! I had forgot all the controls, I don't really remember the story, and my first fight I just died. It's quite a complicated game with its controls and I just can't remember how to actually play the thing.

It didn't help that with an hours play tonight, 45mins was spent in the batmobile and vehicle combat which is just shit. It's why I ended up taking an extended break from the game and almost couldn't be bothered to do it today. But I pushed through and will aim to get to the end.

The Arkham series really does get worse. For all its quality, there's something dull about Arkham Knight.

So the season pass is reduced to £15 at the moment. I would like to play the character specific levels and I quite like the racing tracks as well. To get all of them it's cheaper to buy the pass so it is actually quite good value  at the moment. Of course I get loads of challenge levels and skins with that too so I might as well give them a try now I have them.

So I've finally found out who the Arkham Knight is...and can't help but feel it's a bit anticlimactic.

It's just the game's adaptation of that storyline, if they had him as his usual character/costume it would have given the sense of mystery away.

Just a quick update on my Batman DLC play. The Most Wanted DLC pack which adds open world missions to the games map is good. It adds multi mission objectives to tackle at any time while playing the main game and is a great addition at any time during the game.

I've also tried some of the Arkham Episodes. The Catwoman Revsnge pack is utter turd, and GCPD Lockdown is boring. While it's cool to play as these other characters, I miss the gadgets of Batman. Playing both of these two packs tonight provided a miserable hour of gaming.

So far I could only recommend the Season of Infamy and Batmobile race packs. Nothing else is worth the cost. And that's at £15 I paid. It's laughable this was released at £38 originally!

I am now done with Arkham Knight. I've played all DLC and the main game but not going for 100% because that's pretty long. Overall a good game, but it's cynical season pass and the arrogant expectation that to get the trilogy ending requires 100% really leaves a bad taste in an otherwise great game.

For anyone interested in some of the DLC I think the highlights were the Season of Infamy, Batgirl pack, Scarecrow Missions, and the race tracks otherwise not worth it.
